Surpressing anger will cause dis-ease in you and eventually everyone around you.
Anger is a destructive force that will destroy what was built in one expressive outburst.
Between that rock and a hard place there is nowhere soft to be. We have to make that soft landing spot ourselves. This is the work, this is how to be with our anger.
The best I have is that it is the "doing of anger" that is destructive. Not the "feeling of anger".
To not act and to just feel.
