Children are susceptible

Children are susceptible.

As yet another experiment proved: This one was about birthday parties, sugar, and kids being hyper.

Kids were subjected to two kinds of birthday parties: One where loads of sugar were available. And another where only healthy snacks were.

In some cases, the kids went home and became hyperactive. In others, they had a good time and maintained their level of activity to normal levels.

Regardless of what happened at the party (loads of sugar or not), there was only one variable that told the kids to be hyperactive or not:

Whether the parents believed they had sugar or not.
Children are susceptible to our beliefs.
