Confidence in teaching

On the second day of a three-day training, the trainer finally introduces himself. At the very end of the training, he produces some credentials and runs through a slide deck that summarises the learning.

That first day was all about the knowledge and getting to grips with it.

His confidence was warranted: The training spoke for itself, it did not need to be fronted by a name and credentials.
