There is joy and discovery in choosing extreme constraints.

One such group chooses to make dinner with ingredients exclusively sourced from a 100 mile radius around them.

Seems reasonable. Easy.

Except: If that radius does not include the ocean you are without a source of salt.

A basic given now is not.
