Have a guess

Autocorrect is where I noticed it first: I have become too lazy to guess. And too fearful to be wrong, with the correct spelling at my fingertips.

By not guessing I am waiving my opportunity to learn.

Continuous learning is to make a guess, be surprised by how wrong it is, and then adapting what you now know.

Next time you are reaching for an answer or an outcome — first, have a guess.
