There is a flight of stairs in my life. I have sprinted up them many a time over many years.
Now walking up them is winding me. This is an early indicator that I need to start seeing to my physical health.
The way I organise my stuff, is Just So. Everything is in its place, and where I put it is where I retrieve it.
When my stuff is everywhere yet nowhere I expect it: This is when I know I need to start tending to my mental health.
