Interdependence

Selfish and selfless are both unhealthy places to create a dependency from: From that place the dependency would be filled with lack.

Self-fully could fill the dependency with more capacity, and from capacity, healthy interdependence appears.

Of course, both our capacity and ourselves are highly variable.
